Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Total prep & cooking time is about 75 min for an awesome dish. What you need are the following...

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 55 g cream cheese
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 0.5 g finely chopped fresh onion
  • 1/2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 60 ml milk
  • 3 ml lemon juice
  • 0.3 g ground black pepper
  • 0.5 g salt
  • 0.5 g of garlic paste
Take the chicken breasts and put a slit down the middle. In that slit put a mixture of the cream cheese, finely chopped onion and garlic paste.
Next roll up the chicken breasts and wrap the bacon around them. Use a toothpick to hold them in place then place in a baking dish.

In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients until smooth then pour over the chicken in the baking dish.

Now preheat the oven to 170 Cecilius. Then place the chicken in the oven and cook for 45 min to 1 hour or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices have started running.

Goes well with noodles or rice.

Nick's Tomato Chicken Curry Pasta

Well let's get started. Here's one of my all time favorites. It's easy to make and you can modify this recipe as you see fit

2-3 Chicken breasts
3 Tablespoons of curry powder (Here is where your discretion as a cook comes into place, feel free to modify as you see fit.)
1 Medium copped onion
1 can of tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 copped clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Directions
1) Slice up the onion and garlic
2) Oil up a frying pan with the extra virgin olive oil and slice up the chicken breasts as you see fit.
3) When the chicken is moderately done add the tomatoes, curry powder, garlic, onion and black pepper.
4) Finally add the curry powder and simmer for about 10 minuets.
5) Serve over rice or pasta and add parmesan cheese, garlic salt or whatever your taste buds like.
